In addition to full-time MBA program and Fellowship program, IMT-N also offers skill enhancement programs for working professionals in the form of Management Development Programs and Certificate Programs on variety of topics.
We have an excellent faculty member pool with majority having doctorate and some with industry experience of more than 15 years. Over the two years course curriculum of PGDM program, we offer 22 compulsory courses and over 60 elective courses to choose from, across different areas of business management.
With the existing talent pool coupled with experience of handling vast variety of subjects, IMT-N is well equipped to offer several Open MDPs throughout the year. We also offer Customized Client Specific MDPs to suite specific needs of clients. We have been conducting such customized MDPs for several clients since the year 2007.
Consultancy services
We offer consultancy services on all the aspects of business management, ranging from Operations to Marketing; HR to Finance; and Analytics to Business Strategy.
With this talent pool coupled with experience of handling vast variety of subjects, IMT-N is well equipped to offer consultancy services to suite specific needs of different clients. We are completely flexible to offer these services either on retainer ship basis or project basis.
About MDP
MDP offers a unique platform to interact with Industry people through different and customized programs. The Management Development Program (MDP) prepares an individual to become a better leader in his unit, department, or college, as well as a more valuable contributor to broader institutional goals.

While Training focuses on improving an employee’s skill level, development has a more long-term focus intended to help an employee prepare for future jobs (change to challenges). It helps the organization to achieve its mission and goals by improving individual and, ultimately, organizational performance. The major objective of development is managerial effectiveness through a planned and a deliberate process of learning.
As a middle manager (change to professional) in higher education (change to corporate world), you face a distinctive set of leadership challenges. You are responsible for leading your administrative unit, crafting strategy, motivating staff, and allocating financial resources, but are also expected to enact the vision of senior leadership and mobilize support for broader institutional (change to organizational ) goals. To be successful, you must be adept at managing both "up" and "down" the institutional (change to organizational) hierarchy.
Through real-world case studies, small group discussions, and interactive presentations, MDP teaches you to think beyond your own administrative area and lead in ways that support larger institutional )change to organizational) objectives. You (change to one) will gain a deeper understanding of how different units function and will be able to incorporate broader strategic considerations into your (change to organizational) management decisions. MDP provides the tools and insight to think more strategically, balance competing demands on your (change to ones) time, and engage in more forward- thinking leadership.

We are completely flexible to design customized programs with the topics and the duration of client’s choice.
We offer these MDPs on residential basis, whereby we provide a comfortable stay for participants in the MDP guest house on the campus. Since the campus is nestled in serene environment, participants find it a refreshing break from their day-to-day routine. While on the campus – going through the grind of the training program – their boarding and recreational needs are also duly taken care of. We also make our library facilities available to the participants during their stay on the campus.
Though residential MDPs are the norms at IMT-N and much preferred by the clients, we are flexible to offer them in live on-line mode as well, especially during the situations like today’s.
