Dr. Ishwar Kumar is an Assistant Professor- Marketing Management at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Nagpur, India. Before joining IMT Nagpur, Dr. Kumar worked as a Consultant-Public Sector at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, Associate Faculty at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India Ahmedabad, and Assistant Professor at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Kadapa. Dr. Kumar earned his Ph.D. from Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee in the area of Marketing Management, with the thesis titled “Scale development and modelling of customer-based hospital brand equity”. His research focused on Measurement of Customer-based brand equity, customer experience, sustainable supply chain management, and entrepreneurship.
He has published over 9 research papers in the Journal of International repute indexed in ABDC (B), Scopus and Web of Science, with a citation count of over 469 as on March 2024.
