Dr. Senthil Kumar.S

Professor, HRM, Chairperson - Corporate Interaction Committee

Born and brought up in Coimbatore, he received his PhD in Management from The ICFAI University, Dehradun in 2008. He has been teaching Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management courses since 2000. He had worked in industry for about 10 years before pursuing academic career. He has published research articles, teaching cases in international journals and magazines apart from presenting research papers in international conferences held in London and Amsterdam. In 2005 he spent ten months at Bentley University, Boston, USA working on research projects. His current research activities are focused on sustainable entrepreneurship. He has contributed, as a resource person, to many Management Development Programs conducted by IMT, Nagpur in the domains of Group Dynamics, Power and Politics, Leadership, Performance Management, and Change Management. He is also a contributor in the meetings of industry associations.
