Professor, Human Resources Management and Law

Dr. Narendra Phadnis has Industry, Professional and Academic work experience of over 37 years in HR and Law domain. He is working with Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur as Professor of Business Law and Human Resource Management since 2004. He was a Practicing Advocate and a Management Consultant in the areas of Labour Law, Business Law and Industrial Relations and HRM from 1990 to 2003. He worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. as HR Manager from 1983 to 1989.

Dr. Phadnis holds Ph.D. in Business and Labour Law and Master’s Degree & Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and also Post Graduate Diplomas in Training and Development, Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs). He was a Visiting Faculty for HRM & Law Courses at reputed Management & Law Institutions since 1983.

  • PG Diploma in Training & Development (Dip. T& D) from ISTD New Delhi.
