Classrooms all over the world have gone through a massive transformation, from being teacher centric to student centric. Destinies of nations are shaped in classrooms. In fact, classrooms are the places where the future citizens of the country are reared, trained, educated and motivated to accept the emerging challenges and overcome those deftly. Thus the onus is on the teachers to rethink the pedagogy and help evolve a new learning ecosystem.
Building skills and competencies is at the heart of management education. Business education strives to train and nurture the ability to lead businesses, social institutions, government and entrepreneurial ventures. There is an urgent need of transforming classrooms into talent factories and skill labs.
