Tumultuous

Trembling, falling, I’m trying to walk,
With people around, whom I’m trying to stalk.
Desires, ambitions all seem to depart,
This is a journey, which has just appeared to start.

Strangers pass those glares so strange,
Smiles to snares, they all vary in range.
Trying to hunt one glimmer of hope,
Yes, I’m clinging to that positive rope.

From ashes, I’ll rise a phoenix so strong,
I’ll gracefully tie beautiful threads of bond.
For I must not stop, it’s a race of life,
I just need to ignite that inner light.
