Strange Aspects of Life

I have seen castles made out of sand,

Met people who believe destiny is engraved on the palm of their hands.

I’ve seen people change their faith,

Experienced love change into hate.

I’ve noticed people growing younger with age,

Seen a bird who would never fly out of an open cage.

I’ve seen love being sold for money,

Seen people who are devastated inside but remain outwardly funny.

I’ve seen the unicorn make friendship with the toad,

And people who once owned cities now hitting the roads.

I’ve learned to expect the unexpected,

Perfection doesn’t exist, we are all defected.

Everybody cries, some just hide their tears,

People say coal turns into diamond over a thousand years.

Someone may believe that, you are one in a million,

For others you are just another nobody in the billion.

Time is never static, it doesn’t wait for one,

People on this earth, aren’t born with anyone.

So live life happily with all that we have,

Cherish all our moments whether they are happy or sad.
