    20% Scholarship on academic fees for all female candidates

  • TFW waiver scheme

    Candidates eligible and shortlisted for the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme, will not be required to pay the academic fee component as they will get a 100% academic fees waiver.

Note : In case a student is eligible under more than one scholarship(s) and/or fee waiver scheme, he/she will have to opt for one of such eligible scholarships/waiver schemes and such opted scholarship/waiver scheme will only continue during the entire tenure of the PGDM Program.
The decision of the Scholarship Committee(s) will be final and binding for the final allocation of scholarship/waiver and without any revision under any circumstances.

Yes. CMAT 2027 is one of the entrance exams accepted for the full-time PGDM/MBA programmes.

Yes. GMAT scores from January 2023 to January 2027 are accepted for the full-time PGDM/MBA programmes. Scores must be submitted by 15th March 2027.

Yes, all the PGDM programmes are equivalent to MBA.

Yes, all the PGDM programmes are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Yes, all the PGDM programmes are approved by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

The Institute is accredited by NBA and SAQS and is a member of AACSB.

Yes. IMT Nagpur is an institute offering full-time residential PGDM/MBA programs. The Institute offers three PGDM programs having combined 360 seats:
  • PGDM – 240 seats
  • PGDM (Financial Management) – 60 seats
  • PGDM (Marketing) – 60 seats

Yes. All PGDM/MBA programmes at IMT Nagpur are equivalent to MBA and offered in full-time format.

Yes. IMT Nagpur offers PGDM/MBA programmes having MBA equivalence through AIU for higher studies.

Yes. Business Analytics & Information Technology is included as a functional area/elective domain within the PGDM curriculum.

IMT Nagpur offers PGDM programmes rather than a conventional MBA. The PGDM programmes have MBA equivalence through AIU for higher studies.

IMT Nagpur is an AICTE-approved management college with NBA-accredited PGDM programs and SAQS accreditation. It has full-time residential format, functional specialization options, analytical and critical-thinking development and industry orientation.

Students can choose electives from Finance, Marketing, HR & OB, Operations Management, Economics, General Management and Business Analytics & Information Technology. The first year is common, with specialisation choices in the second year.

3. Admission Process

The CTPI process will be conducted through Offline Mode. The details of the process and modalities will be shared in January 2027 with all shortlisted candidates over their registered email IDs.

IMT Nagpur admission evaluation is holistic - and not based on test scores alone. The applicant would be evaluated based on the following criteria: Entrance Exam score/percentile/rank (Any one of the 4 Entrance exam (CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT) as per AICTE norms. You can upload scores for more than one if available. IMT Nagpur Entrance Exam cutoff scores for batch 2027-29:
  • CAT/XAT: >= 70 percentile or above
  • CMAT: >= 90 percentile or above
  • GMAT: >= 650 (GMAT 10th Edition) / 605 (GMAT Focus)
  • Past Academic Record (10th, 12th and Graduation).
  • Work Experience (if any) .
  • Offline Written Critical Thinking Test (CT).
  • Personal Interview (PI).

4. Fees and Financial Assistance

The fee structure for the PGDM Batch 2026 - 28 is INR 16 L (Inclusive of Academic Fee, Hostel & Mess Charges, Alumni registration fee and refundable security deposit) for two years.
