1. Alpha Chase


Alpha Chase is an enthralling 2-round product design and pitch competition that aims to give student managers an opportunity to test their imagination, creativity, and entrepreneurial skills. The competition begins with the Design Round wherein student managers put on their creative caps and design innovative products using recyclable materials. This round is followed by the Pitching Round wherein participants pitch their products to Jury. Groups are evaluated, given valuable feedback and the Best Three are awarded a total cash prize of Rs. 10,000. The year 2022-23 hosted Ms. Aditi Madan (Founder – Bluepine Foods Pvt. Ltd) & Mr. Abheejit (Founder – Ekatra) as the esteemed Jury.


2. AVSAR


AVSAR is an Intra-College Business Plan Competition. The competition aims to give the student managers an opportunity to think critically about various aspects of business and apply their logical thinking and analytical skills to the test. The student managers ultimately pitch their business plans to the esteemed Jury. This year, Mr. Rohit Chandak (Director of Business Development at Chandak Instruments Pvt. Ltd.) and Dr. Rajiv Joshi (Professor at IMT Nagpur) evaluated the teams. The jury provided valuable feedback to the teams. Their insightful comments and words of wisdom helped the participants in strengthening their ideas. The competition has a total cash prize of Rs. 10,000/-


3. Guest Lectures


The E-Cell of the institution organizes guest lectures throughout the year to ensure that student managers get the unique opportunity to build their networks and delve deeper into topics of importance. The experience gives students the opportunity to connect with professionals and create meaningful learning connections. The committee has hosted Mr. Nachiket Bhatia (Founder of DBMCI E-Gurukul), Mr. Sairaj Dhond (Founder of Wakao Foods), Ms. Rasleen Grover (Founder of Policy Radio) & Mr. Ishan Arora (Founder of Finladder).

The Entrepreneurship Cell Committee of the institute hosted the 8th edition of ‘Pantheon: An Annual Entrepreneurship Summit’ on 25th-26th February 2023. The summit featured a range of activities, workshops and competitions.

PANTHEON: The Entrepreneurship Cell Committee of the institute hosted the 8th edition of ‘Pantheon: An Annual Entrepreneurship Summit’ on 25th-26th February 2023.


Aarambh is a National-Level Business Plan Competition organized every year under E-Cell’s annual flagship event Pantheon. The competition is designed for risk-takers, opportunists, and innovators whom we call an entrepreneur. ECC provides them a platform to structure their ideas in a winning direction by pitching the concept in front of an esteemed Jury comprising of successful experienced Venture Capitalists. Moto of Aarambh is to push ideas into concrete concepts which have the potential to shape the future. This year the competition was judged by Mr. Raghav Kanoria, Founder of NeoLeap Accelerator, Mr. Vineet Khurana, CEO of SACC India Accelerator, and Mr. Yashovardhan Shah, MD of Evoke. Total registrations were more than 400 from all over India. From the 73 entries received, 11 teams presented their ideas in the final round. The winners of Aarambh 2023 are the following:

First Prize:Team WoCare from IIHMR University (Chinamaya Naik & Nikita Kumari, MBA Students) - INR 75000

Second Prize: Team VivaFeet from Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Delhi (Ananya Chahal & Akinchan Kushwaha, B.Tech students, Biotechnology) - INR 50000

Third Prize: Team Samatva.AI from Bharathiar University (Kaveena and Sivaprakash Subramaniyam, MBA Students) - INR 25000

Investors' Insights


Investors' Insights is a part of the two-day Annual Entrepreneurship Summit - Pantheon. It is a platform that inspires budding entrepreneurs to seek practical knowledge from a panel of esteemed Venture Capitalists. The student managers get a clearer view of the parameters on which a start-up is judged. The speakers for this year’s event were Mr. Vineet Khurana – CEO of SACC (Startup Accelerator Chamber of Commerce), Mr. Raghav Kanoria - CEO and Co-founder at Neoleap Accelerator and Mr. Yashovardhan Shah - Investor at Veefin Solutions and ValuEnable.

Start-Up 101


Start-Up 101: Founders’ Workshop is designed to make student managers convert their idea into reality and also to educate them about the challenges a start-up faces during its initial phase in the marketplace. The event provides a comprehensive understanding of the world of startups and entrepreneurship and is a great opportunity for all students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in the startup ecosystem to gain valuable insights and knowledge. The workshop featured expert speakers from the industry Mr. Abhijeet (Founder of Ekatra) who shared his valuable insights on the topic: The Art of Leadership, and Ms. Aditi Madan (Founder of BluePine Food Pvt. Ltd.) who shared her valuable experience on the topic: Hurdles of Entrepreneurship.
